Laugh Out Loud (LOL) Laugh Therapy & Gentle Stretching

Also known as “Laughter Yoga” – but done the Noodlelegs way!

YES! If approached and done the right way, laughter CAN be used as a GREAT exercise!! So WHY NOT try it??

  • a fun, casual and informative exercise class where we learn some very helpful health tidbits, and learn to use our lungs, minds and smiles to promote the physiological benefits of laughter!
  • (no jokes or comedians needed – just your willingness to try!)
  • the class is for introverts as well as extroverts. . .
  • our target demographic is 50+, but all ages are welcome!

After a good gut laugh, don’t you feel good? Well, get ready to let go, laugh, and feel better!

  • Led by a Certified Personal Trainer, Laughter Yoga, Older Adult, Nordic Pole Walking, and Group Fitness Instructor
  • Exercises and stretching done from the chair or standing position

At this time, Noodlelegs does not give “regular” LOL classes, but it’s in the works.

We do provide LOL classes for private and community events (bridal and baby showers, weddings, birthdays, ladies’ weekends, church events, corporate and community events) and  we do provide the odd LOL Noodlelegs class every few months!

REMEMBER THAT GOOD OLD BELLY LAUGH – perhaps with a laughing snort or two in there? Hahaha! And how you kinda felt tired afterwards?? Well- we use the same concept and add in many fitness aspects to it.
