Noodlelegs is planning to introduce an excellent exercise class called Essentrics®. You may have seen it on tv on PBS.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE ESSENTRICS…This dynamic workout will activate all your muscles, your joints, and increase mobility.
Essentrics draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain-free body
Perfect for injury recovery and prevention, pain relief, stress release, and promoting healing.

Everything is explained thoroughly in each class. You aren’t expected to have any previous knowledge to begin!

Noodlelegs doesn’t have regular drop in classes, but if you’d like to try it once to see if it fits with your individual medical needs, we understand.
