Laugh Out Loud (LOL) Laugh Therapy & Gentle Stretching
Also known as “Laughter Yoga” – but done the Noodlelegs way!
YES! If approached and done the right way, laughter CAN be used as a GREAT exercise!! So WHY NOT try it??
After a good gut laugh, don’t you feel good? Well, get ready to let go, laugh, and feel better!
At this time, Noodlelegs does not give “regular” LOL classes, but it’s in the works.
We do provide LOL classes for private and community events (bridal and baby showers, weddings, birthdays, ladies’ weekends, church events, corporate and community events) and we do provide the odd LOL Noodlelegs class every few months!
